Stick Drawings for the 50C Stick Chief

Below is a partial list of drawings that I found for the 50C. I do not have a master drawing list for any of the stick built Chiefs. These drawings were found indirectly by looking at the drawing names in my inventory of drawings and guessing which ones were for the stick Chiefs.  Then I looked the "model" information on each of those drawing.  They all referred to the 50C.  In my experience the "model" information on the drawing is not very accurate. Usually it is accurate for the first model, but when Aeronca reused a part on a future model, they rarely went back to the drawing and updated the "model" information.

In this case, the "model" information may be correct and that the 50C was the ONLY stick built chief. According to Brian VanWagen, Aeronca did not keep track of how many 50Cs were sold with the stick option and this is not denoted on the model number in any way. So looking at the FAA aircraft registry for all 50Cs will not tell you which has a yoke and which has a stick.
